In 2014 we decided to move from town to the country. It took a little bit of looking but we found 35 acres outside of Rogers, Texas which is in Central Texas, about 15-20 minutes southeast of Temple, Texas. Central Texas is a beautiful area with which I was familiar as I had lived here years before. Moving to the farm also brought me closer to my children and grandchildren. The farm was a perfect place as my doxies have plenty of room to run and be themselves. Yes, Dachshunds are normal dogs and do bark at times.

In 2016 I decided to share my love of Miniature Dachshunds and became a breeder after many months of studying the breed to make sure I could do my best for my Dachshunds and the people who would come to be their puppy parents. With Miniature Dachshunds there is always something new to learn so the studying never stops. On the farm, they can have all the fun they want without disturbing anyone else. It is a joy to watch them. With horses wandering the property, goats playing in their pens, puppies being puppies, and children being children, it is a peaceful place to sit back and enjoy the view.

LBF Dachshunds are convenient for everyone. Located in Central Texas it is not a far drive from anywhere in Texas. For those out of state, we offer delivery service to Austin Bergstrom International Airport for flight nannies as it is only an hour away. For South Texas residents we offer delivery service to the Corpus Christi area as I do like to go home to visit family. We will soon offer delivery service to the Dallas area starting in the Fall as one child will be going to the University of Texas in Dallas and I will be visiting there on a regular basis. For all others, our home is always open for you to pick up your babies at a selected time of your convenience and to see where they were raised and loved before they came to you. Puppy Open Day is also offered at 7 weeks of age for those who cannot wait.
